Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Scheduling Available)

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides / Home Health Aides – CNA / HHA to provide one-on-one care and support for clients in a home setting throughout Christiansburg and the surrounding areas. This position is ideal for caregivers who enjoy helping others maintain independence, comfort, and safety within their home environment.

As a Certified Nurse Aide / Home Health Aide – CNA / HHA, you will assist clients with activities of daily living while providing companionship, emotional support, and personalized care.


Responsibilities of Certified Nurse Aide / Home Health Aide – CNA / HHA:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in a home setting
  • Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation assistance
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Provide medication reminders and observe/report changes in client condition
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Offer companionship and participate in activities clients enjoy such as reading, games, puzzles, and hobbies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and care team members

Qualifications of Certified Nurse Aide / Home Health Aide – CNA / HHA:

  • Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in the state of Virginia
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six (6) months of healthcare experience preferred
  • CPR certification required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
