Arizona Home Care is a locally owned home health and infusion company serving patients across the Valley — and we're looking for someone who wants more than just an admin job. This role is structured as an entry-level accounting trainee position: you'll support front office operations while working directly alongside our accounting team, gaining hands-on experience with financial processes and a clear path to grow into a more advanced accounting role over time.

  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the accounting team with entry-level financial tasks, including accurate and timely cash posting
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Manage office supply inventory and keep common areas stocked and organized
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet visitors and staff with a welcoming front desk presence
  • Support accounting and operations teams with special projects as assigned
