Overview

SwiftX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Management Trainee to join our growing Finance team. This role is designed for recent graduates or earlycareer professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting, financial operations, and FP&A. You will receive hands-on training while supporting daily accounting activities, month-end close, financial reporting, and continuous process improvement.As a fast-growing logistics technology company, we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to roll up their sleeves to take on new challenges. Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go beyond the job description to help the team succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and daily accounting operations.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
  • Verify the accuracy of accounting records and maintain organized documentation.
  • Assist with revenue and expense reviews, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Help improve accounting workflows and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, and Business teams.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and other finance-related assignments as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Solid foundation in accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other common functions).
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English
