Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and post journal entries as required.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as assigned.
  • Support special projects and finance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (minimum 2-year) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Experience with accounting systems or ERP tools preferred.
