Job description

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join Elite Parking Solutions as a Traffic Director at the Michigan Renaissance Festival. This position is specifically designed for weekends during the festival season and will primarily involve managing and directing vehicular traffic to ensure smooth and safe movement in and around the festival grounds. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests by ensuring seamless traffic flow and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1.Traffic Management: Directing and controlling vehicular traffic flow at designated areas to prevent congestion and ensure safe navigation for festival-goers and visitors.

2. Parking Guidance: Assisting visitors with parking their vehicles in designated areas while maximizing space efficiency and maintaining order.

3. Safety Compliance: Ensuring all traffic control and safety protocols are followed, including speed limits, designated parking zones, and pedestrian walkways.

4. Customer Service: Providing friendly and helpful assistance to guests, answering their questions about parking locations, festival attractions, and general information to enhance their overall experience.

5. Problem Resolution: Handling traffic-related issues and addressing any disputes or concerns that may arise courteously and professionally.

6. Team Collaboration: Coordinating with other traffic directors and festival staff to synchronize traffic management strategies and effectively respond to changing traffic conditions.

7. Signage and Communication: Installing and maintaining clear and visible signage to guide visitors to designated parking areas and festival entry points.
