Description

Owns trade spend, deductions, and Accounts Receivable execution for North America, focusing on analytics, process discipline, and net revenue realization.


Essential Functions

  • Own trade spend, deductions, chargebacks, allowances, and credits
  • Build reporting to quantify customer-related spend
  • Analyze trends and drive root-cause resolution
  • Lead AR functions: cash application, collections, reconciliations, aging
  • Partner cross-functionally to validate deductions
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards
  • Strengthen controls and cash flow
  • Supervise AR shared services team (2-3 in India Shared Services)


Requirements

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and Trade Spend
  • CPG experience required
  • Strong trade spend analysis and deduction management
  • Proven ability to improve recovery outcomes
  • Advanced Excel and ERP skills
