Job Summary:
  • Provides technical assistance and rapid issue resolution for trading systems, hardware, and applications used by front-office personnel on the trading floor.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time technical support for traders and front-office staff, resolving issues related to trading platforms, market data feeds, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Monitor the health and performance of trading systems and escalate incidents as needed.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and networking teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Document recurring issues and contribute to the creation of support guides and knowledge bases.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
Skills:
  • Experience supporting trading platforms, financial systems, or high-pressure environments.
  • Knowledge of market data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or ICE.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, scripting, and basic networking.
