Job Overview

The Manager, NA TradeLeadis responsible forleading trade marketing strategy and execution across North America to accelerate commercial growth and strengthen channel partner engagement. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Marketing, translating brand strategies into effective trade programs that drive demand, improve execution at the channel level, and enhance customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to shape trade strategy at scale, lead ahighimpactteam, and influence how DePuy Synthes delivers value to distributors and customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of North America trade marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercialobjectives.

  • Manage and develop a team of trade marketing professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and career development.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and othercrossfunctionalteams to translate brand strategies into effective trade programs.

  • Oversee trade marketing plans targeting distributors and channel partners, including promotions, incentives, andinmarketprograms.

  • Allocate resources and manage budgets to ensuretimelydelivery ofhighqualitytrade marketing initiatives.

  • Review and ensure consistency, quality, and compliance of trade marketing deliverables with brand standards and stakeholder requirements.

  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve trade marketing processes and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 7-10years of progressive experience in trade marketing, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry.

  • Priorpeopleleadership experience withdemonstratedsuccess in coaching and performance management.

  • Experience developing and executing trade programs for distributors or channel partners.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and budgets in afastpacedenvironment.

Preferred:
