This is an on-site opportunity in Baltimore, MD. 

About this position
We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support a Fixed Income Product Control team. In this role, you will support daily financial reporting, analyze profit and loss activity, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across trading and finance systems.

Job Responsibilities
Produce daily profit and loss (P&L) reporting for fixed income strategies
Reconcile business-estimated P&L against firm financial records
Investigate and resolve daily P&L breaks and variances
Partner with trading, finance, risk, and operations teams to resolve issues
Maintain documentation and support ongoing process improvements

Job Skills/Requirements
Experience supporting finance, accounting, or analytical functions
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, reconciliations, and pivot tables
High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
