About You
This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
  • You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team
  • Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement

Requirements:
  • Candidate will work out of our Indianapolis, IN location
  • 3+ years HVAC Installing experience required
  • Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
  • EPA Certification
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record

Preferred Requirements:
  • HVAC Certification
  • Service Titan or similar
