Job description

Inside Sales Administrator
The Inside Sales Support role is an integral part of our sales and operations team. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, comfortable working with a large customer base, and proficient with technology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and account updates.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer order and product information in our internal systems.
  • Assist with tracking sales activity, reporting, and documentation to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Communicate with internal team members to follow up on missing information or order details.
  • Help manage spreadsheets, databases, and electronic records with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Develop, establish, and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients
  • Support administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions promptly
Job Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with proven multi-tasking capabilities
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to use good judgment when making business decisions
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office/Excel - required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Must be able to work (onsite) 8.30a-5.30p (Monday - Friday)
