Job Title: Quality Coordinator (Operations/Admin Focus) – 1st Shift

Location: Mesa, Arizona
Schedule: Mon–Thu | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $33/hour (W2)
Duration: Contract (Through Sept 2026)


Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to support daily operations within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on task tracking, coordination, and communication across the Quality team. You will help manage priorities, ensure timely completion of action items, and act as a central point of coordination.


Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage Quality Department action items
  • Assign and follow up on tasks with technicians
  • Coordinate daily priorities with Site Leader
  • Communicate updates, risks, and delays
  • Manage quality-related emails and documentation
  • Capture meeting notes and convert into actionable tasks

Requirements
  • Experience in coordination, admin, or operations support
  • Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and documentation
  • Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking
  • Ability to drive task completion without direct authority

Nice to Have
