As a Tracking Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Tracking loads proactively.
  • Trouble-shooting and anticipating shipment issues.
  • Notifying customers of any delays or changes that will impact service
  • Setting up appropriate tracking mechanisms to ensure visibility of each shipment
  • Promptly responding to customer request for status information or changes
  • Problem resolution to minimize impact to customer and company.
