Position Overview

We are seeking a Night Tracking Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth overnight operations by tracking shipments, communicating with drivers and carriers, and providing excellent service to our customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track shipments throughout the night to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers, dispatchers, and customers.
  • Update load statuses in internal systems and customer portals.
  • Address and resolve delivery or routing issues as they arise.
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports and communicate updates to the day team.
  • Support dispatch and operations as needed to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
  • 1 -2 years previous experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatching preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Computer proficiency (TMS experience is an asset).
  • Availability to work evening and overnight hours.
