Who we're looking for

Toyota'sManufacturing Parts Operations (MPO) is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedSupply Chain Strategic Planning Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support cross-functional, cross-division supply chain related planning and strategy activities that support both MPO and SCSO initiatives. Activities include coordination and creation of MPO executive updates (ATMM / Townhall), Annual Hoshin creation & coordination, in addition to MPO KPI coordination and support for SCSO & MPO digital kaizen initiatives.

Reporting to the Logistics Cost Planning & Strategy Manager, the person in this role will support the Manufacturing Parts Operations (MPO) objective to be a global leader, by providing the most advanced logistics service in the world based on the foundations of TPS.

What you'll be doing

  • Work closely with MPO executives to coordinate and develop the annual MPO Hoshin and Annual Operating Plan, as well as regular Supply Chain Pillar executive updates.

  • Leverage cross-division resources to ensure MPO alignment and support for TMNA strategic initiatives.

  • Lead MPO strategic initiatives to ensure the organization is prepared to meet the needs of the future customer and take advantage of new business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain processes that support the monthly tracking of over 80 KPIs enabling timely and detailed insights for senior management.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience in supply chain, manufacturing planning or operations.

  • Basic understanding of supply chain operations, KPIs, and strategic planning processes.

  • Experience in visualizing supply chain projects, proposals, problem solving, etc.

  • Experience in creating executive level presentations using MS PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated success in role with high degree of independence

  • Demonstrated strong capability in both oral and written communication

  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentation development and cross-functional collaboration.

Added bonus if you have

  • Work experience related to manufacturing supply chain

  • Strong knowledge of the various departments and their function within the Supply Chain Strategy and Operations organization

  • Experience with AI, Power BI, Power Automate, and modern data visualization/reporting tools.

  • Experience working with Hoshin and/or Mid-term business planning
