Demand & Supply Chain Overview:
Strategically balanced customer demand with supply capabilities to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely product availability. Collaborate across functions to forecast accurately, streamline procurement, and enhance supply chain responsiveness, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Plano, TX

What you'll be doing
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and other key departments to align priorities and ensure timely execution.
  • Optimizing planning processes, identifying and implementing Kaizen opportunities, and system updates.
  • Creating data-driven insights and plans to ensure Toyota and Lexus vehicles are optimally positioned.
  • Strengthen the supply organization through strong adherence to process management, process standardization, efficiency improvement, quality and customer first mindset
  • Developing analytical dashboards to streamline communication and improve visibility across departments

What you bring:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Preferred 3.0 and above GPA
  • Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program (this includes both two-year and four-year colleges) studying in a business discipline or related field, such as:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Business Management
    • Operations Management
    • Logistics
    • Business Administration
    • Data Analytics
