Overview

Toyota of Midland is looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. As a Toyota Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain Toyota vehicles using industry-leading tools, technology, and training. We're committed to providing a clean, wellequipped shop, a supportive team environment, and ongoing opportunities for professional growth through Toyota's worldclass training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and efficient diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Toyota and pre-owned vehicles
  • Conduct multipoint inspections, identify needed repairs, and document findings clearly
  • Complete work according to Toyota standards, safety guidelines, and dealership processes
  • Use Toyota's Techstream diagnostic equipment and follow factory repair procedures
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle dealership tools and equipment responsibly
  • Stay current with Toyota training, certifications, and new vehicle technologies
  • Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs when necessary
  • Uphold Toyota of Midland's commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Automotive technician experience preferred (Toyota experience a plus)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
