Your Role

As a Product Specialist, you’ll be the face of Kolosso Toyota — helping customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships. You’ll guide buyers through the process from introduction to delivery, ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and create customers for life through attentive, personalized service

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyles

  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm and professionalism

  • Stay knowledgeable about Toyota models, features, and the latest technology

  • Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

  • Learn to overcome objections and excel in closing opportunities

  • Report directly to the Sales Manager on goals, performance, and customer feedback

  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day
