Role Objectives:
Critical thinker responsible for turning data into meaningful, easy-to-understand results, with a focus on retail sales analysis, category management and dashboard creation.
Qualifications:
โ€ข 1-3+ years' experience in an analytics or similar role, preferably within the toy industry.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field required.
โ€ข S trong knowledge of M icrosoft Excel, W ord, and PowerPoint.
โ€ข E xperience in developing and managing business intelligence dashboards (ideally in Power BI, although Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Experience in writing code (Python, VBA, SQL, R, etc.).
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Retrieve, gather, and organize data from diverse internal and external sources.
โ€ข Utilize structured analytics to identify opportunities, risks and an action plan to drive performance improvement and growth.
โ€ข Craft weekly reports for senior management that highlight performance insights and trends.
โ€ข Maintain and refine model to accurately forecast future sales.
โ€ข Prepare and present market insights to global sales and marketing monthly.
โ€ข Build and deploy dashboards to scale data capabilities across the organization.

Work Hours:
8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am - 3:00pm, Friday
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.
Hybrid working arrangement: Tues-Thurs in El Segundo office.
Salary Band:
USD $70,300 - $75,000
