Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient towing services to customers in need. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models. The Tow Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transport of vehicles while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Tow Truck Driver Duties:

  • Respond promptly to towing requests and emergencies, ensuring timely arrival at the scene.
  • Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and Wheel lift.
  • Assess the situation upon arrival and determine the best method for towing the vehicle.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
  • Perform basic mechanical checks on vehicles before towing to ensure safety during transport.
  • Maintain accurate records of towing services provided, including vehicle details and customer information.
  • Manage conflicts professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging situations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles onto tow trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate efficient service delivery.
  • May have customers ride with you while vehicle is being transported.

Tow Truck Driver Skills:

  • Must Have prior towing experience
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in operating tow trucks.

  • Valid Operator Driver license with FOR-HIRE endorsement is Mandatory
