Job description

Shift: Nights & Weekends (2:30pm - 11:00pm)** 
**Responsibilities:** - Answer phones in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. 
- Dispatch calls for service based on skills needed, driver proximity, and type of service vehicle required. 
- Complete shift reports accurately and on time. 
- Exchange information with other dispatchers through email, messaging, etc. 
- Maintain cleanliness of front offices. - Use GPS tools to track the location of company vehicles to aid in prompt service and document progress or delays. 
- Perform other duties as assigned. 
**Requirements:** 
- Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
- Familiarity with GPS tools and tracking systems. 
- Ability to work nights and weekends. 
**Desired:** 
- Previous experience in dispatching or customer service roles. 
- Knowledge of the San Francisco Peninsula & Bay Area. 
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 
- Strong organizational skills.
