Twin Towing is seeking an experienced towing dispatcher for daytime and afternoon shifts

Twin Towing has been proudly serving North Jersey for over 45 years. With a fleet of more than 40 trucks across multiple locations, we handle everything from light- and heavy-duty towing to equipment hauling, and extra heavy duty recovery.
We take pride in delivering dependable service to our customers and maintaining a strong, dedicated team behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all customer calls are answered and dispatched efficiently.
  • Maintain records of daily call logs and trip information.
  • Dispatch and coordinate with drivers, providing guidance on handling common on-scene challenges.
  • Offer technical advice to drivers on the best methods for towing various vehicle types and the equipment needed for specific situations.
  • Release vehicles to their respective owners and process payments.
  • Commitment to a 6-day work schedule, including Saturdays.

Skills Required:
  • In-depth understanding of the towing process and common issues faced by tow truck drivers.
  • Ability to provide real-time, practical solutions to drivers during complex towing situations.
