Towing Dispatcher

*Job pay based on experience

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and has a background in towing (trucking/transportation) dispatching.

We are looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our Team, all shifts available including weekend.

Responsibilities include answering phones, entering calls into dispatch system, dispatching drivers, updating customers, and collecting payments.

Skills

Data entry skills

Experience with proprietary software

Proficiency in English and in MS Office

Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

Ability to utilize multi line phone system

Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Based on Experience, up to $18.00/hr
