Job description

Tow Truck Operator + Mobile Service Technician

Heart of the Rockies — approx. 70 miles west of Denver on I-70.

Ski Country Auto Repair and Towing.

Full-Time. At Ski Country Auto Repair and Towing, we're more than just a towing and repair service — we're a family. Known for being one of the best places to work in town, our team takes pride in helping people every day while keeping Colorado's roads moving. We're growing fast and looking for motivated, reliable Tow Truck Operators — and we're ready to train the right person with a strong work ethic and aligned values. Whether you're experienced or just eager to learn, this could be your opportunity to start an exciting, hands-on career in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide emergency towing services and mobile repairs, with a focus on safety and professionalism.
  • Operate light- and medium-duty tow trucks with care and attention.
  • Assist both the general public and commercial fleet clients.
  • Maintain service logs and follow DOT/state regulations.
  • Work closely with dispatch, team members, and customers — communication is key.
  • Ensure all tools, trucks, and safety gear are in excellent condition.
  • Embrace challenges — no two days are the same out here.
What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license (CDL not required, but a plus).
  • Willingness to work outdoors and on-call (2–3 nights/week).
  • Mechanical knowledge is a bonus — but not required.
  • Drug-free and ready to pass a pre-employment test.
  • Flexible schedule availability — including weekends and holidays.
  • A go-getter attitude and commitment to safety, service, and teamwork.
Why You'll Love It Here
  • Competitive pay.
  • Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, plus short-term disability and 401K/profit sharing.
  • Paid time off + paid holidays.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Paid technical training — no experience? We'll teach you.
  • Newer, well-maintained trucks and equipment.
  • A team culture where you're valued and supported — not just a number.
