Overview
Plumbline Services is currently seeking Dispatch Supervisor to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. This person will supervise the dispatch team, their daily activity and schedules, and performance of the team. This is a key position, reporting to our Dispatch manager. This is an onsite, in-office position.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
  • Ensure the team is meeting metrics as set by company standards.
  • Assist with Dispatch questions and training.
  • Daily reporting in Excel
  • Coaching including weekly check ins and monthly reviews.
  • Manage and Distribute duties amongst your team
  • Support and coordinate with field staff and department supervisors
  • Monitor the dispatch board for technician management and capacity
  • Monitor same day and next day routing
  • Payroll timecard corrections and approvals
  • Engage and Drive team motivation
  • Report to Dispatch Manager
  • Must be flexible with shifts

Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
  • High level of call center and/or dispatch experience in HVAC, Plumbing or Electric industry (2-3-years)
  • 2+ Years experience working as a Lead/Supervisor specifically overseeing a team (experience includes check ins, reviews, or any type of one on ones with employees)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication
  • Ability to drive and motivate other team members
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
