FLSA: Non-exempt
Reports to: Shift Supervisor / Operations Manager
Status: Safety-Sensitive (all facility roles)
Hiring Shift Need: Sunday- Thursday (6AM-2PM)
FINE Airport Parking was built on the FINE Experience-safe, seamless, and first-class service from arrival to return. As a Dispatcher, you directly shape that experience, coordinating shuttle, valet, and curb operations to keep the guest journey smooth, timely, and efficient. You anticipate and resolve operational challenges, manage team flow, and ensure guests receive a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
Essential Functions
  • Monitor radio and GPS systems; communicate concisely and professionally with field teams.
  • Verbally communicate clearly and concisely over radio and in person to direct shuttle coverage, relay ETAs, and issue safety instructions while following professional radio standards, with or without reasonable accommodation. The primary operating language on shift is English.
  • Stage shuttles, direct loops, and balance coverage across zones; adjust shift rotations as operational needs change.
  • Track ETAs, service intervals, incidents, and special requests; escalate disruptions to supervision as needed.
  • Coordinate lobby and curb coverage with CERs and Valets to ensure smooth guest flow.
  • Maintain accurate logs, boards, and screens; keep dispatch workstation, radios, headsets, and displays operational.
  • Use dispatch systems and basic office applications with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide occasional on-the-ground support at the curb, assisting with guest interactions or luggage as required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and situational awareness skills.
  • Clear verbal communication and professional radio etiquette.
  • Systems literacy with dispatch tools and basic office applications.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Dispatching, transportation, or operations control experience.

Requirements
Safety-Sensitive Requirements
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and meet company/insurer insurability criteria, annual MVR review.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. solo and negotiate three steps while carrying.
  • Comply with FINE's substance-free policy.
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

*Any driving requires 2 consecutive years licensed. Shuttle duty (if assigned) requires age 23+ per insurer.
Physical & Environmental Demands
  • Primarily station-based with periodic standing, walking, and reaching.
  • Frequent radio and computer use.
  • Occasional indoor and outdoor exposure when assisting at the curb.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
