Familiarity with production management software, audio/visual systems, and health and safety regulations is essential. What are some common challenges faced by Tour Production Managers during a multi-city tour, and how can they be addressed?

Tour Production Managers often encounter challenges such as coordinating logistics across different venues, adapting to varying technical setups, and managing tight schedules. Unexpected issues like equipment malfunctions or last-minute changes in venue requirements are common.
