Summary
Are you passionate about logistics, transportation, and finding creative ways to save customers money?
StruXure is seeking a Transportation Solutions Manager to serve as the primary transportation partner for our dealer network. In this highly visible role, you'll work directly with dealers, brokers, production teams, and shipping partners to optimize deliveries, reduce freight costs, improve truck utilization, and create exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
  • Partner directly with dealers to develop cost-saving transportation solutions.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments from order release through delivery.
  • Work with freight brokers and carriers to secure competitive rates.
  • Build efficient truckloads and multi-stop routes to maximize trailer utilization.
  • Collaborate with Production and Shipping teams to align orders and delivery schedules.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for transportation planning and shipment updates.
  • Help grow dealer adoption of company-managed transportation services.

What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight brokerage, or distribution experience.
  • Experience scheduling shipments and coordinating transportation operations.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with route planning, load optimization, and freight cost management.
  • Proficiency with Excel and transportation or ERP systems.

What You'll Receive:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $79,400 to $99,300. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
