A Total Rewards Coordinator works closely with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are administered smoothly and accurately. This collaboration often involves gathering employee data, assisting with benefits enrollment, resolving issues, and communicating program updates. A Total Rewards Coordinator is a human resources professional responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and administration of an organization's compensation and benefits programs. This role typically involves coordinating employee benefits, assisting with payroll and compensation analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies. Total Rewards Coordinators work closely with HR teams to ensure that employees receive competitive and compliant rewards packages, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, bonuses, and other perks.
