Job description

This position will manage Class A Office - multi-tenant, retail and industrial spaces in the peninsula area.  Excellent opportunity for a General Manager to oversee a team and . Position will manage and APM and PA, collaborate with an amazing engineering team, parking staff, and other vendors. What will I be doing?

  • Acting as a liaison between Ownership and Tenants
  • Interfacing with current and prospective tenants
  • Troubleshooting any property issues or concerns
  • Dispatching maintenance staff for work orders
  • Directly managing any capital and tenant improvements
  • Developing and managing property budget
  • Analyzing budget and explaining variances
  • Preparing CAM's
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable for the properties
  • Generating Ownership reporting
  • Preparing financial analysis reporting
  • Leasing properties
  • Tracking lease agreements and termination dates
  • Processing renewals
  • Managing vendor relations
  • Mentoring an APM and Property Administrator
  • Interfacing with Ownership regularly
