This Senior Property Accountant will assist with approximately 20 properties overseeing various accounting tasks and analysis.

After six months of employment employees have the option of a hybrid schedule, two days at home a week!

Duties Include:

• Monitoring cash balances
• Creating monthly and quarterly financial statements according to GAAP
• Collaborating with Property Managers on variance reporting
• Reviewing balance sheets and income statements to verify account balances
• Distributing financials
• Assisting in recoverable charges reconciliation
• Reviewing lease entries
• Overseeing fixed assets
• Reviewing income statements
• Preparing documents for annual audits

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field

Working knowledge of GAPP and financial reporting

Yardi Voyager experience is a plus

At least five years of experience in property accounting
