Job Title: Pipe Burner

Summary
A weld shop is seeking an experienced Pipe Burner to join its team. This position is responsible for cutting pipe using a torch burner and supporting fabrication operations in a fast-paced shop environment. Candidates must be skilled with torch cutting and able to maintain quality, accuracy, and safety standards while working extended hours.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Burn and cut pipe using a torch burner according to specifications
  • Read measurements and follow work instructions for accurate cuts
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
  • Follow all shop safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Assist with general shop and fabrication tasks as needed
  • Maintain consistent attendance and productivity

Qualifications
  • Proven experience burning and cutting pipe with a torch required
  • Familiarity with weld shop or fabrication environments
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to work long hours and overtime
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic

Pay: $21–$24/hr DOE

Shift:
  • Day Shift: 6:00am – 4:30pm
  • Currently 50+ hours per week
