We are looking for a Title Search Coordiantor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties
Job Responsibilities for Title Search:
- Conduct online ownership research for properties located in various U.S. states.
- Utilize platforms such as Netronline and other relevant tools to access public property records.
- Analyze and interpret deeds, title documents, mortgage records, and related legal documents to verify current ownership.
- Accurately document verified ownership information.
- Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured reports on ownership finds for respective client.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal/regulatory guidelines in handling sensitive ownership data.
Required Skills for Title Search:
- Prior experience in title search preferably for the state of AZ, FL or MD.
- Proficiency using platforms such as Netronline.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail for reviewing and extracting ownership data from complex documents.
- Familiarity with U.S. county-level property search and ownership regulations is preferred.
