Job Title: Title Specialist I (TS)

Location: Carmel, IN

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2(Without benefits)

Shift Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM

Job Description:

Summary:

The Title Specialist I (TS) position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles and interacting with clients and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review titles for negotiability, sign and reassign titles for sellers and buyers.
  • Complete application for new title on behalf of clients as needed.
  • Facilitate lien perfection on Clients Capital financed collateral when required.
  • Release a Clients Capital lien on collateral that has been paid in full according to policy.
  • Answer communications from clients on title questions.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous vehicle title experience is not required.
  • Must have good organizational skills and be detail oriented.
  • Effective communication skills and customer service attitude is required.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
  • Bending and light lifting 10 lbs or less required.
  • Extensive detail handwritten and computer work.

Work Environment:

  • Office environment
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
