Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Clerk to join our fast-paced operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys administrative work, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

As a Title Clerk, you will support the processing of approximately 4,000 vehicle titles per day for vehicles sold through online auctions. You'll be part of a collaborative team while also having opportunities to work independently and develop your skills within a growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Match vehicle titles with bills of sale
  • Sort titles alphabetically by dealer name
  • Organize and maintain accurate title records
  • Receive titles into the company system
  • Stamp and assign vehicle titles
  • Prepare and ship title packages
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the title processing workflow
  • Meet productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Strong alphabetizing and data entry skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up new processes quickly
  • Efficient typing and computer skills

Pay and Benefits
