A Day in the Life:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll:

  • Welcome customers and guide them through their car-buying journey

  • Ask questions, listen, and match customers with the right vehicle

  • Explain features, benefits, and options in a clear, professional way

  • Offer test drives and make sure every step of the process feels smooth and enjoyable

  • Work with our finance and service teams to deliver a seamless experience

  • Follow up after the sale to build long-term relationships and repeat business

  • Continuously learn about new products and stay up to date on industry trends

  • Strong customer service or sales background (hospitality, retail, or service industries welcome!)

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Driver’s License (required)

  • Spanish language skills a plus, but not required
