Job description

Position Summary: Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable transactions.

Position Essential Responsibilities:

  • Regular attendance at assigned location; may include A/Z satellite offices or other project site;
  • Preparation and distribution of monthly billing worksheets to Project Managers for review;
  • Processing of monthly requisitions and/or invoices in Timberline accounting system;
  • Print and obtain signatures on monthly requisitions and invoices;
  • Distribute requisition and invoice packages to Customers;
  • Research and respond to Customer billing inquires;
  • Scan and archive requisitions and invoices into Smart Search system;
  • Assist with coverage of reception desk as needed;
  • Additional duties as directed by management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team;
  • Timberline or other accounting software experience.
  • Good computer skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills.
