In addition to our expertise in flooring installation, we manufacture our own hardwood flooring products, giving our clients access to superior craftsmanship and customization options. Our team has experience working with all flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, vinyl, carpet and self-leveling making us a trusted partner for any flooring need. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects, crews, manage client relationships, and represent our brand in both project and sales capacities.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our flooring projects, from initial planning to final installation. This individual must possess full ability to organize and manage field crews daily. This will require focus on schedules, communication and making sure all crew are prepared with any and all tools and material needed to complete the job. Additionally, they will manage multiple projects and represent the company’s products and services in a sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of flooring installation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service over the phone, by email or in person.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Represent the company in a sales capacity.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and team members regarding all flooring materials and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges, maintaining a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality control.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and updates for management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction project management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge or willingness to learn of all flooring materials (e.g., hardwood, self-leveling, laminate, tile, vinyl, carpet) and their respective installation techniques.
  • Extensive expertise in the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and flooring trade standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales experience or the ability to effectively represent products and services in a sales context.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
