The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality results, focusing on residential interiors and high-end finishes. Description Construction Project Manager Manage residential interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to oversee high-end finishes, including tile, millwork, and MEP systems. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly. Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with plans and specifications.
