Position Summary
The Installation Manager (IM) leads plans and crews to ensure successful completion of residential roofing and construction projects. This role oversees scheduling, crew assignments, job quality, and cost management while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. The IM is responsible for training and developing, monitoring crew performance, and matching crews to projects based on skills and capabilities. Additional responsibilities include reviewing order changes, validating CRM (ServiceTitan) entries, and partnering with office staff to ensure accurate job costing and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Assign crews to jobs based on workload and capabilities, maximizing available capacity
• Addressing and resolving project challenges in real time, including coordinating materials and equipment
• Review and validate change orders for accuracy and margin adherence
• Quality control for photos and reports to ensure work quality meets company standards
• Oversee crew pay, ensuring all work is captured and relayed to Production Administrators for job costing
• Conduct occasional site visits for spot checks and quality control
• Serve as a technical resource for crew leaders, answering roofing or ServiceTitan-related questions
• Holds accountability for Google review performance
• Serves as a point of contact for customers throughout projects and addresses concerns as needed
• Supervise and train team members, ensuring they understand expectations and execute their roles effectively

Qualifications
Required:
• Previous experience in roofing or construction as a project manager or leader
• Strong computer literacy, with ability to use ServiceTitan or similar software
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Solid leadership experience with ability to manage and develop a team
• Problem-solving and prioritization experience while handling multiple projects at once.
Preferred:
• Roofing knowledge with ability to answer technical questions
• Background in customer facing positions
• CDL license designation

Schedule & Compensation
• 8-10 hour shifts with weekend work as needed
• Full-time role with salary plus performance-based bonuses

Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position. Target Salary Compensation:
