Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who has the desire to get in on the ground floor with a growing company.  You will blow clients away with your outstanding professionalism and service oriented concrete coatings installs.

Responsibilities:

  • Install first class concrete coatings flooring systems.
  • Wow each client with your exceptionally customer-focused, service mindset
  • Perform daily concrete coatings install duties
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • An ability to show up on time and follow directions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A phenomenal work ethic and a "Will Do" attitude
  • Coachable and willing to learn proven process.
  • No previous coatings experience is required. We will teach and prepare you with the necessary skills to install amazing flooring systems

Company Description

We install resinous floor coating systems over concrete and other surfaces. We also stain, seal and polish concrete. Projects range from residential garages to auto-shops and aircraft hangers. We install floors mainly in the pacific NW. Some travel may be required for special projects.

Resinous floors are quickly supplanting traditional flooring systems (tile, wood, marble, linoleum etc.) because they are extremely durable, look great and are easy to clean due to being seamless and non-porous.
