Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Running the jobsite and overseeing daily crew operations.
  • Delegating tasks and supporting your team in completing high-quality work.
  • Ensuring all work follows OSHA safety standards and best practices.
  • Working hands-on with composition shingles, metal roofing, solar shingles, and low-slope systems.
  • Keeping the customer experience front and centerclear communication, clean jobsites, and pride in your finished product.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of roofing experience (residential or commercial). Previous leadership a big plus.
  • Physical: Able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and tolerate varied weather.
  • Mindset: Driven, humble, team-first, and ready to take ownership.
  • Safety: Strong understanding of roofing safety standards.
