Job description

Overview: Join a roofing crew installing, repairing, and replacing tile and shingle roofing systems. Lead and train apprentices, ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on each job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and replace tile and shingle roofing systems (underlayment, fastening, flashing, ridge/cap work, tile setting)
  • Inspect roofs, diagnose leaks and damage, recommend repairs
  • Prep roofs, install drip edge, perform quality checks
  • Replace or repair flashing, vents, and roof penetrations
  • Train and coach apprentices; communicate job progress and issues to operations manager
  • Follow SOPs and maintain high-quality, efficient work practices
  • Maintain tools and equipment; follow safety protocols

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience with tile and shingle roofing installation and repair
  • Knowledge of flashing, underlayment, ventilation, and roof drainage
  • Ability to work at heights safely and use roofing tools/equipment
  • Must be able to commute to Gilbert, AZ 85233

Schedule: Day shift, Mon–Fri (weekends as needed)
