Job description

  • Leak Detection & Repair: Investigate and fix leaks on various residential roofs (shingle, metal, tile).
  • Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong roof life.
  • Material Application: Replace damaged shingles, flashing, underlayment, and sealant.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies while working at heights.
  • Customer Communication: Interact professionally with homeowners to explain repairs and, in some cases, provide quotes.
  • Site Management: Clean up job sites and maintain company vehicles and tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in roofing, specifically in repairs.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and work in varied weather conditions.
  • Skills: Proficient in using hand and power tools (hammers, nail guns, utility knives).
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license.
