Roofing Shingler (Asphalt Shingle Installer)

Location: Livermore, CA Company: Allied Construction Services

Job Summary: Allied Construction Services is seeking a skilled Roofing Shingler to install, repair, and maintain asphalt shingle roofing systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Install asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, and ventilation systems

Remove old roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces

Measure and cut materials to fit roof specifications

Inspect roofs for damage and recommend repairs

Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times

Maintain a clean and organized job site



Qualifications:

1+ years of roofing or construction experience preferred

Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and techniques

Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor


Preferred:

Experience with residential roofing systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
