Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of major transportation infrastructure projects across the West Coast. This individual will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful execution of large-scale design-build and program management efforts.

This position requires a strong background in heavy civil construction, with experience across rail, transit, highway, bridge, or tunnel projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead construction execution for large-scale transportation infrastructure projects ($100Mโ€“$2B+)
  • Serve as a primary interface with clients, agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality control
  • Support design-build and alternative delivery project execution
  • Manage and mentor construction management staff and field teams
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Drive project performance, issue resolution, and successful delivery outcomes
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or transportation infrastructure
  • Proven leadership on large-scale projects (rail, transit, highway, bridge, or tunnel)
  • Experience with design-build, CM/GC, or alternative delivery methods
  • Strong client-facing experience with public agencies (DOTs, transit authorities, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation

Base Salary: $165,000 โ€“ $210,000 (flexible based on experience)

Bonus (Flexible based on experience)+ comprehensive benefits
