Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of your job site from start to finish.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
  • Work with a variety of materials including Shingles, soffit, fascia, woodworking and more!
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in roofing & carpentry.
  • Hands-on experience in light commercial and residential roofing or related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma with advanced training in construction or business management.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills. CRM/Project Management software experience a plus.
  • Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Good health and conditioning with the ability to endure long hours and handle high-stress situations.
Compensation

The position offers a competitive hourly wage. The expected hours are 40 – 50 per week. Additional compensation includes bonus opportunities, commission pay, overtime pay, and a performance bonus. Expected annual earnings up to $120,000.
