Reliance Roofing is seeking commercial roofing laborers to join their growing team!
Being a team player, having a positive attitude, and safety first mentality are all important skills for this position. This position provides on the job training to aid in growth of skill.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist foreman with job prep, loading/unloading materials, cleaning membrane, and performing basic commercial roofing repairs.
  • Housekeeping and debris removal.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Comfortable working in the heat (greater than 100 degrees F) and the cold (less than 32 degrees F).

Job Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle report (preferred)
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to safely ascend and descend ladders multiple times on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push/pull up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, crawl on a regular basis.
  • The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.

The selected candidate will be offered:
  • $18-$23/hour, dependent upon experience
