🔨 Carpenter Needed in Central Oregon
We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our residential construction team. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone with hands-on experience in framing, finish work, and general carpentry who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or with a crew.
💲 Pay
$23–$30 per hour (DOE)
📍 LocationProjects in Bend, Redmond, and Sunriver, Oregon
🔎 What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- ✔️ Have proven carpentry experience in residential construction
- ✔️ Be able to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- ✔️ Work efficiently with minimal supervision
- ✔️ Be punctual, dependable, and detail‑oriented
- ✔️ Communicate clearly in English
- ✔️ Be safety‑conscious and follow job site protocols
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 🪚 Proficiency in framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry
- ➕ Experience with concrete forms, tile, and masonry is a plus
- 📏 Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
- 🔧 Own a full set of hand and power tools (or be working toward it)
- 🚗 Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- 🚫 No drug use or excessive drinking
- 📞 Able to provide references from past employers or clients
