Job description

Certified Fencing is currently hiring fence installers for vinyl, wood, wrought iron and chain link.

We are willing to train the right candidates: hard working, reliable, able to pass drug test, clean driving record*

Competitive pay rates and a fully booked schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing (wood, chain-link, vinyl, ornamental, etc.).

  • Prepare and load materials, tools, and equipment for each project.

  • Dig post holes, mix and set concrete, and secure posts and fencing materials.

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely.

  • Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and to company standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring safety procedures are followed.

  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.
    Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of fence installation methods and materials.

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in fencing

  • Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn advanced installation techniques.

  • Physical ability to lift 80+ lbs, dig holes, and perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.

  • Must work well as part of a team and follow instructions from crew leaders.

  • Experience operating skid steers, augers, or similar equipment.

  • Knowledge of different fencing types and installation best practices.

  • Basic carpentry, welding, & concrete setting skills.

  • Valid Driver’s license and Clean driving record
