Job description

PRST- PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Lead Retrofit Window Installer to oversee and perform high-quality residential/commercial window installations. In this temp-to-perm role you will earn $36.00-$38.00 an hour DOE, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a full-time schedule. This position is located in the Salem, Oregon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation crews on job sites
  • Retrofit windows and doors according to company standards
  • Follow specifications – Leaving the nail fin in place, sealing around edging, and installing metal flashing.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years old or older with valid Right to Work documentation In the U.S.
  • 5+years of proven experience in window installation
  • Leadership or crew management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of installation techniques and industry best practices
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
