About the Role:
EZ Auto Glass Installers Inc is looking for a skilled Auto Glass Installer to join our team in Edison, NJ! This is a hands-on role where you'll deliver top-quality windshield and auto glass services that keep customers safe and satisfied on the road. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and great customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Remove and replace windshields, side windows, rear glass, and sunroofs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Inspect auto glass damage and determine appropriate repair or full replacement solutions
  • Apply urethane adhesives and sealants to ensure proper bonding and watertight seals
  • Recalibrate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) cameras and sensors following windshield replacement
  • Perform mobile glass installation services at customer locations as needed
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle inventory in clean, working condition
  • Communicate with customers professionally to explain services and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years prior experience in auto glass installation, windshield replacement and auto glass repairs
  • Familiarity with urethane bonding systems and glass removal tools
  • Knowledge of ADAS recalibration procedures is a plus
  • Ability to work on a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicle models
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
