Lead Automotive Glass Installer

Family-owned automotive glass company is looking for an experienced Lead Automotive Glass Installer to help grow the company. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability, professional growth, and the opportunity to play a leadership role in a growing business.

As a Lead Installer, you'll handle mobile and in-shop auto glass installations while helping maintain quality standards and support the development of our installer team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform automotive glass replacements and repairs (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.)
  • Lead installations from start to finish with a focus on safety and quality
  • Follow proper tool usage, adhesives, and OEM-approved procedures
  • Provide professional customer service on-site and in-shop
  • Assist with training and mentoring installers as the company grows
Qualifications:
  • Automotive glass installation experience required
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of mobile work and ADAS calibration a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
