Job Requirements:
Responsibilities Remove and replace windshields, side windows, rear glass, and sunroofs on a variety of domestic and foreign vehicle makes and models. Apply urethane adhesives and sealants to ensure proper bonding and watertight installation. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in clean, safe, and working condition. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer installation standards. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive glass installation, windshield replacement, and auto glass repair. Strong knowledge of urethane bonding systems, glass removal tools, and installation techniques. Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus. Ability to work on a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
